ktorrent software package provides BitTorrent client based on the KDE platform, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ktorrent
ktorrent is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ktorrent package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ktorrent *
You will get with ktorrent package name, version, architecture and description in a table
